Bethel calls new Senior Pastor! |

 We are pleased to announce the election of Todd Hitchcock as the new Senior Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church. His first Sunday as Senior Pastor will be September 7, 2008.
Todd is the husband of Dina and the father to Victoria, Danielle, and Joshua. Todd believes there is no greater ministry calling than the one to his family. He recognizes, however, the powerful and fulfilling calling by God into the Gospel ministry. He embraces both ministries as the calling in his life and thrives in God’s grace and power, as he is daily humbled by God’s wonderful blessings. |

Bethel is pleased to announce that Eric Maggio has been selected as our new interim youth pastor. Eric and his wife Michelle have each been serving in ministry for almost 10 years. They have served God in music, children's, college and youth ministries in Texas, Virginia, and California. Eric currently serves as senior pastor of a Mission Beach church plant through the North American Mission Board. Eric and Michelle both grew up near Escondido. Michelle grew up in Rancho Penasquitos and Eric grew up in Rancho Bernardo.
