Welcome to our preschool ministry!

Our preschool serves newborns through 5 year olds. Loving, caring 

workers strive to create a positive atmosphere where preschoolers can 

have fun and learn about God. Care is provided during Sunday Morning 

Bible Study for children from birth to 5 years.  Extended Session care 

is also provided during both our Sunday Morning Worship Services for 

children from birth to 4 years.  During Sunday Morning Worship, five 

year olds are invited to participate in Kidz Praise.  Please check out

Check-In and Security

Please check in your child at the front desk in the lobby of the 

education building (B Building), located near the rear parking lot. On 

your first visit you will be asked to fill out an informational form 

about you and your child including any special care instructions.  We 

provide a small snack such as crackers or fruit snacks.  If your child 

has any special dietary requirements, please send an appropriate snack 

with your child.  We also ask that children that haven't been potty 

trained come with a stocked diaper bag.

Security for your children while they are with us is a top priority.   

All of our workers are background checked prior to working with the 

children.  For your child's safety, we also require that preschoolers 

have a parent on the church campus while the child is in our care.

We are set-up with a security pager system to help provide a safe and 

helpful environment for you and your preschooler.  When you check in 

you will be given a 2 part name tag with a unique identifying number 

for your child.  Your child will wear one part of the tag and you will 

take the other part with you.  You can also indicate important care 

instructions on stickers attached to your child's clothing or name 

tag.  When you pick your child up, you will surrender your part of the 

security tag and it will be matched to your child's tag to ensure that 

children are only released to the appropriate adults.

If you are needed in the nursery during one of the Worship Services 

the digital box on the wall located near the East Exit in the Worship 

Center will flash your child's security number.  If you are needed 

during Sunday School, one of the Preschool Office Staff will come to 

your room to get you.

Sunday School

Children in the preschool department are divided by age groups for 

Sunday School.   Children are taught in age appropriate ways about the 

truths of the Bible and God's great love for them.  Infants through 

toddlers are held, rocked, sung to and played with.   Our two through 

five year old classes play, sing songs, make crafts, take walks around 

the church campus, tell stories, pray and generally have a lot of fun.
