The Missions ministry at Bethel is called Adults on Mission and it is open to anyone interested in encouraging and participating  in missions outreach.  We  have meetings from September through May, usually the second Saturday of the month at 9:00 AM.  A continental breakfast is provided

 

In our meetings we hear from missionaries or Bethel members who have gone on missions trips.  These speakers keep us informed about what God is doing around the world, as well as how to pray.for them.  These meetings help to encourage our interactions with various missions projects throughout the year.

 

    Some of the missions that we have been involved with are:

•Samaritan's Purse Shoebox ministry

•Baby bottle campaign for Turning Point Pregnancy Resource Center

•Set Free drug & alcohol rehab program

•Thanksgiving baskets, collecting food, blankets,etc. for homeless

•Katrina relief

•Cal State S.M. college ministry

•Care boxes to the troops in Iraq
